Refund Policy
1. Defective or Damaged Items:
- Customers are eligible for an exchange or full refund if they receive a defective or damaged item.
- Please report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
2. Incorrect Item Sent:
- If you receive the wrong size, colour, or item due to our error, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
- Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Selection:
- Refunds and exchanges are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by customers.
- Colour differences due to screen settings.
- Minor measurement variations.
- Please refer to our size charts carefully before placing your order.
4. Clearance of Sales Items:
- Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special campaigns are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Return Shipping and Address:

We will proceed with the refund upon receiving the returned items. Please note that any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
